Episode 8: The Vintage Vegas Variety Show goes Old Nevada or Bust! with a trip to the Bonnie Springs Ranch and a visit to "Bonnie's Old West Musical Revue & Vaudeville Show" with performances & interviews with Nellie Norris ("Don't Come Home a-Drinkin' with Lovin' on Your Mind," "Blues In The Night"); Kate Gordon ("Back To The Days of Vaudeville"); Enoch Scott ("Rock-a-bye Your Baby To A Dixie Melody,"); Lee Scott, Victor Garcia, Jonathan Gorst ("Ain't She Sweet") & Jazzin' Jeanne Brei with the Speakeasy Swingers ("Wild Women Don't Have The Blues")



Episode 4: The Vintage Vegas Variety Show goes to Viva Las Vegas Rockabilly Weekend at the Orleans! See performances by The Ventures, the Jive Aces from London, Jinx Jones from San Francisco, the Hula Girls from Costa Mesa, and Miss Audrey DeLuxe's Burlesque Bingo from Los Angeles...all this and more! Dancing, shopping, the car show (all cars pre-1963), tattooing...come time travelin' back to the Fifties with us!

Episode 3: The Vintage Vegas Variety Show celebrates NEW places in Vegas that bring back the Vintage feel! See performances by crooner Peter Pavone and his trio (Terry Ryan on keys, Bob Sachs on bass, Mike Mechem on drums) singing "Autumn Leaves" at Mr. B's Supper Club (Paradise near Twain) and Jazzin' Jeanne Brei sat in with "You're Nobody Till Somebody Loves You." And the Keith Thompson's Composer's Showcase featuring performances by the Phat Pack (Bruce Ewing, Ted Keegan, Randal Keith) with Philip Fortenberry on the keys singing a Keith Thompson composition, "Never Give Up On Your Dreams," and Vita Corimbi singing an original song, "I May Not Be Blue Collar, But I Have a Blue Collar Mouth." We also talk with blogger Evan Davis about his Evan Davis Jazz calendar and website blog. 

Episode 5: The Vintage Vegas Variety Show features hot and sexy chanteuses in Vegas! See performances by the Linda Angeline Trio (with saxophonist Dewey Dorough and Derek James on the keys) at Mr. B's Supper Club (Paradise near Twain), and Belgium songstress Pascal Elia with the Uli Geisesendoerfer Jazz Band (Fred Watstein on bass & Mike Mechem on drums) at the Dispensary Lounge (Tropicana & Eastern). We also head to the Cellar Lounge (Sahara & Valley View) for some blues dancing to Billy Ray Charles & The Boys in the Parking Lot with an interview with Billy Ray and dancer Mark Blues too! 



Episode 1: The Vintage Vegas Variety Show celebrates swing dancer hangouts like Frankie's Tiki Room and swing dancing venues in Las Vegas - from Friday nights at the Aruba Hotel's Thunderbird Lounge (with an interview with Kyle Kettner) to the Second Saturday Night Stomp at the Knights of Columbus Hall (interviews with Tony Felicetta from the Swingin' Pedestrians, Terri Smith from the burlesque troupe the Baltimore Belles, DJ Lucky (Don Jacobs), Sabine von Henning, Lori Valiente & Chris Wonderly) - to the first Throwback Thursday at the Italian American Club with my Speakeasy Swingers - In the video vault, we feature the lindyhopping from "Hellzapoppin" and a little bio on Frankie Manning (one of the original Whitey's LindyHoppers). There's swing all over Vegas, baby! See you on the dance floor!
